Registration

This is a not-for-profit meeting. Based on acquired sponsorship and support we determined the lowest possible registration fee we can offer at this moment.                                                                                                                                There is a reduced registration fee for young researchers (specialists in training and PhD students, certificate required), allied health care professionals and patients/patient representatives.

Online registration is now closed. You can still register on-site during the event.

Fees:

On-site registration fee from April 10th, 2026

  • standard registration fee: €470
  • Reduced registration fee*: €275

  • All fees are net and in € and do not include any costs your bank may charge.


The registration fee includes access to all sessions over the three days, coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome walking dinner.

* Reduced in-person fee for patient association representatives, doctoral or medical students, and paramedical staff. After completing registration, you will be asked to email a certificate.

Cancellation policy:

  • 50% of registration fees paid when cancellation is done prior to 13/3/2025
  • No refunds possible after that date.
