Registration
This is a not-for-profit meeting. Based on acquired sponsorship and support we determined the lowest possible registration fee we can offer at this moment. There is a reduced registration fee for young researchers (specialists in training and PhD students, certificate required), allied health care professionals and patients/patient representatives.
Choose your registration type:
- Register with Reduced Fee: for young researchers, allied health professionals, and patient representatives
- Register with Standard Fee: for all other
Important dates:
- Early registration fee closes February 2nd, 2026. This gives presenters the opportunity to register at an early bird fee.
Fees:
- All fees are net and in € and do not include any costs your bank may charge.
Cancellation policy:
- 50% of registration fees paid when cancellation is done prior 13/3/2025
- No refunds possible after that date.
